- Advised Ideal Bike Corporation with regard to its subsidiary's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the U.S., successfully defending a preference claim in the amount of more than USD 30 million
- Advised PharmaEngine to deal with its commercial dispute with regard to a merger with a French company
- Represented Ferrari with regard to a trademark and multinational licensing agreements dispute relating to Taiwanese trademark law and antitrust law
- Advised Big Forever L.L.C., a company occupying huge share of the CVJ shaft market in Mainland China, in a shareholders' dispute
- Represented a privately owned investment company for the dispute of TRF sale against Bank Sinopac

White Collar Criminal Defense & Investigations
- Represented a listed company's director who was alleged to have engaged in securities fraud with regard to structured notes in front of the Taiwan High Court and the Supreme Court (the client was found not guilty)
- Represented a senior officer of a U.S.-based private equity firm who was alleged to have engaged in securities fraud with respect to the sale of debentures in Taiwan in front of the Taipei District Court and the Taiwan High Court (the client was found not guilty)
- Represented a Romanian citizen in a credit card fraud case in front of the Taiwan Supreme Court (successfully reversed and remanded for a new trial and the client ended up with more lenient sentencing)
- Advised and represented Indo Kordsa for its corporate internal investigation, exposing a Taiwanese trade company's fraudulent activities which finally exceed USD 12.9 billion and involve multiple major banks plus listed companies based in Taiwan along with their senior officers
- Represented a senior officer of a company in criminal and civil proceedings for alleged insiders trading and market manipulation, successfully got probation with no imprisonment for the client
Corporation & Commerce
- Advised Pharmadax in a commercial negotiation with Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group over investment agreement and shareholder agreement issues
- Acted for Amlogic, a global fabless system-on-a-chip (SoC) company, with regard to its due diligence check per Taiwanese laws for the listing requirements in Shanghai
- Acted for Kaizhong, a listed high-tech company leading in Chinese commutator industry, to conduct due diligence check in compliance with Taiwan laws for the capital market
- Represented a subsidiary of Lealea Enterprise to negotiate with Bank Central Asia in relation to a loan agreement to obtain capital funds for its overseas investment in textile manufacturing
