Messrs Yeoh & Joanne is a boutique law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Founded in 2015 by two aspiring founders, Joanne Leong and Yeoh Tung Seng. The team has four members and they are fluent in the national language of Malaysia (Malay), English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese respectively.

 

Messrs Yeoh & Joanne specialised in alternative dispute resolution and litigation, focusing on intellectual property, commercial, companies, construction and family disputes.

 

Yeoh Tung Seng is a registered trade mark agent and has an extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution and litigation handling contentious intellectual property, commercial, companies and construction disputes. He has assisted clients from various countries in highly complex and contested disputed in Malaysia and other jurisdictions. 

 

While Joanne Leong mainly handles litigation matters concerning divorce, custody, division of matrimonial assets and adoption cases, including highly contentious matrimonial proceedings which are reported in the Malaysian legal journals and leading local newspapers. Although her practice primarily focuses on matrimonial disputes, she has a wide-ranging expertise in representing individuals on litigious matters such as defamation and probate.

 

Messrs Yeoh & Joanne also provides advisory on Malaysian laws and regulations to their respective foreign clients.
